Dual-Action Toner is an alcohol-free aromatic toner formulated with 5% glycolic acid and salicylic acid, enriched with botanical extracts of kola, mate, guarana, and eucalyptus. It removes dead skin cell buildup to brighten skin and correct the appearance of pores and breakouts, while improving skin texture. Helps minimize razor bumps for a smoother appearance.
