What are Dual-Action Toner Pads?
Dual-Action Toner Pads are pre-soaked exfoliating cotton pads formulated with 5% glycolic acid and salicylic acid at pH 3.5, enriched with botanical extracts of kola, mate, guarana, and eucalyptus. They remove dead skin cell buildup to brighten skin and correct the appearance of pores and breakouts, while improving skin texture. Help minimize razor bumps for a smoother appearance. An excellent exfoliant for sensitive skin that cannot tolerate stronger exfoliants.

How to use
